Scouting 2016 Gr 4-10 Lecture and Skill Building

After a gruelling morning of physical activities, the scouts are given a chance to rest while listening and participating in a skill building lecture. Fundamental skills of scouting such as basic first aid, knot tying, and how to handle the Philippine flag are taught and practiced during this session.
