Nutrition Month 2019 Grade School Food Preparation
After the Zumba exercises, grade 4 to 6 students begin their food preparation activities. The students learn how to make simple but filling snacks such as ham and egg sandwiches to fruit salads. These activities teaches practical lessons such as cooking skills, cooperation with others, and boost self-esteem by boosting their confidence when they learn new life skills. The experience may even encourage some of them to start a culinary career and someday become a famous chef!
